Chiyoko: A Daughter’s Story

Chiyoko Reitmeier shares her family’s story of resilience and strength despite being interned in New Denver during WWll. She invites us into her grandparents’ old internment house that has been uninhabited for 35 years, but is still fully intact, alive with memories. By taking care of it and hopefully someday passing it down to her son, Chiyoko honours their past.
